What is the latest UE4 version running on 10.9.5?

Hey,

Had a little break for a few months, and now would like to get back into learning the engine a little better. I am bound to 10.9.5 on my mac pro (because of cetain other software). Now I tried downloading the latest 4.15, but it needs 10.11.

I tried searching minimum OS requirements for a few versions, but couldn’t find anything. Don’t wanna download like 10 different version either, just to see which one is working with Mavericks :stuck_out_tongue:

The one I used before making the break was 4.7.6. So this one definitely still works, but I suppose a few newer versions would aswell?

The required minimum is 10.10.5, however you should be able to use 4.8 & possibly 4.9 (which I believe is the last version Mavericks was supported). For more information see the info below:

You can also go through the release notes for the versions to see where it was switched over and longer supported the features found in mavericks and required a higher version of the OS.
