It’s very weird that I can’t create a simple C++ project using basic code and without starter content. I’m using an administrator account. I just don’t know why this newest version tend to be a lot more troublesome than its benefit. What went wrong?

This is actually a known issue that has been reported in UE-33625. This only affects projects that are named Test, and only on the initial compile when the project is completed, or when a hot reload is performed. The project should build fine in Visual Studio as long as the Editor is not open. I updated the existing ticket to reflect that it is still happening in 4.15.
