packaging and cooking project failed for windows 64 bit

hi I have a problem when I want to cook or package project to PC windows 64 bit and the packaging is failed to developement or shipement method and for cooking I receive this message

Missing UE4Game binary. You may have to build the UE4 project with your IDE. Alternatively, build using UnrealBuildTool with the commandline: UE4Game

and this problem have no relation with my game project because I test that for the simple blueprint third person project and the simple blueprint car project and I have the same problem

I use 4.12.5 version for UE4 and I use a normal engine from epic game launcher not from github

ok I resolved the proplem I use a UE4 blueprint project with a c++ code from the marketplace .. vehicle AI .. and the project need to be build in visual studio to return stable but this option is not available in blueprints project so I migrate all my game project to a new c++ UE4 third person project and after that all work fine .

Delete your Intermediate and Saved folder from the project. Please also review the following warnings that are seen in your project, these could cause trouble with packaging or deploying. I need to see the full error output log from your Project Launcher too.
