InputAction Key Mapping is working sometimes and sometimes not

Hey there,
i would need your help with a misterious problem. I used Blueprints to trigger a door, a matinee sequence, and make the fitting button change its color. But when i try to use the exact same system again to trigger another matinee it is not working anymore.
I defined E as the input button, and later changed it to the trigger from the HTC VIVE. On the Blueprint named “Vault Door…” it works and on the other one it doesn’t…

Thank you for your help, i am sure i am just missing some small details…
