Is there a way to build Engine with two Git Branch?

Hi everyone, I would like to use to technologies on a project. Nvidia Flex and Nvidia Cataclysm. How can I build an Engine with these two Git Branch ?

Hi, I have the same question, as flex branch works but I’m unable to build the engine with the cataclysm one.
