Binding function is broken and light is broken in mobile HDR

  1. When a new function or property is added to a C ++ class in the state that a binding function created in C ++ is connected in blueprint, a build error occurs in Android packaging.
  2. When the mobile HDR board is Galaxy S6 or higher, there is a phenomenon that is broken when the light is greatly reflected.
