Problem with apex inside the unreal editor

After doing all the setup in maya for the apex clothing to work somewhat right, i imported mi apx clothing file to unreal, where it simulated the clothings, but not in the right form, it forms a space where it separates from the mesh and looks like its tearing apart, nothing like the simulation inside maya.
