Are you packaging on a binary or a source version of the engine? Did you change any of the project launcher settings before trying to package? If so, could you please upload screenshots? Please upload your full error output log as a .txt file too.

Check that you did not remove any connection in your bluprints, sometimes we remove an object and forget to build the script.
