Idle not blending?

So i just made my first idle animation very basic but now when i move the speed the mannequin’s feet going under the level, not sure if my animation is bad or im missing something very basic…:confused:

Check the rotation of your root bone during your animations compared to the rotation in the skeleton with no animations. Select show bones and look at the bones in the sample TPS animations and the blend to yours, you will see the rotations change which is why your character is dipping into the ground.

yes i just realised when i imported the mannequin to maya it put him face down so i rotated him to x -90, sorry to bother again but would you know how to fix this ?

FINALLY all i needed to do was change maya co-ord up axis to Z -_- xDDDDDDDDDDDDDD thank you
