[build #1711197 ] Very big perfomance diffrence between edit edit mode and playing

As you can see from below images the perfomance diffrence is astonishing. It’s odd because it happen only this one map, and not on Example_map.
It happen regardless if I run inside editor, in separate Window (Play On) or debug mode from Visual Studio.

I went ahead and uploaded almost entire thing to FTP:

I have skipped few textures from MaterialLayersExample, because they were to big

I’ve been able to duplicate this, though mine wasn’t as much as that. I’ve submitted it for the team to look at.
