How to get the Default Idle animation into 3ds max?

Hi, I want to make some animations based on the default Idle animation of the UE4 mannequin in 3ds max. How can I get this pose/animation into 3ds max?

Right-click the animation in the content browser and select Asset Actions → Export, then save it somewhere then right click the mannequin mesh and do the same, then import it into 3dsMax and choose Add, then import the animation file and choose Add and Update Animation. You should now have the mannequin mesh with the idle animation in 3dsMax.
