Beam particle system changes appearance in certain positions

Hi,

i`m creating a beam particle effect to imitate the lines in close combat:

The problem is that in certain angles from the source, the beam appears twisted or not displaying its full width for some reason that I cannot discern.

The beam source is an Actor (a component inside my unit) and the target is User set, being just the current mouse location. The tangents are 0,0,0

I have seen other posts but I don’t think they apply to my situation.
