I noticed the following error in your logs:

Error: UATHelper: Packaging (Android (ETC1)): Program.Main: ERROR: AutomationTool terminated with exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file ‘F:\Unreal Projects\VRTest\MyProject\Intermediate/Android/APK/bin/MyProject-release.apk’.

If you take a look at the error above you will see that it cannot find your release.apk in your intermediate folder. I would suggest that you delete your saved and intermediate folders. I hope that this information helps.

After taking a look at your new logs it appears that you need to update your SDK and NDK.

Error: Target id ‘android-24’ is not valid. Use ‘android.bat list targets’ to get the target ids.

After this if you are still having issue, could you post your new logs so that I can take a look at the updated version? Please be sure to clear out your old logs before packaging so as to narrow things down. I have provided some information below on how you can get a quick idea of what’s going on when you run into errors.

Tips and Tricks for quickly handling logs:

  1. Clear logs before attempting to package
  2. If the build fails, open output log
  3. Ctrl+F or use the search bar for “Error” (this is especially useful when given “unknown error” at the bottom of the log)
  4. Take a quick look at the messages that are given
  5. If you don’t understand the error, search to see if others have had the same error or for more information on what could be the cause
  6. If/When the error is resolved attempt to package and repeat all steps until all errors are cleared

After looking at the screen shot you will need to update your NDK and you JDK. I have provided a screen shot of my own settings. I hope this helps. I noticed that this is for VR, as a note if you are developing for Daydream you will need to use SDK API level android-24 with Daydream.

Here is an example of my jdk and my ndk. Note that my SDK API and API Level would need to be changed to android - 24 if I were trying to use Daydream.

That may have worked, im not sure if I have ran into a new problem or the same one. The packaging still fails, though it took much longer to fail this time.My SDK config now matches the one you have, building was seeming to work but then it failed.
