4.14 Instanced Hierarchical Mesh Highlighting Issue

Since 4.14 the Instanced Hierarchical Meshes now highlight the inner object parts as well as the outline (Chair on left is static mesh and chair on right is instanced hierarchical mesh). This may seemingly be a good idea, but it doesn’t make working with them nice at all. I have a few tools I have written that utilize them for optimization purposes. When changing colors on the objects or just generally editing them, it becomes quite an annoyance. I am hoping this was accidental and not intentional. It seems like such a small thing, but it really is something that impacts the usability in my opinion. If anything, a checkbox under preferences would be nice to be able to turn it off. .
