Tree Material from Open World Look Weird/White?

The tree is from the Kite Open World pack.
I had some difficulty with lighting before and for the most part think I resolved it.

Warnings I get in the output log that seem they could be related:

Oh I figured it out. The sky light was way too high. and the white was the light from the sky light
