Trees turn to blobs at distance. (LOD issue?)

Hi, I am using the Unreal 4: Open World demo scene. At a distance, and even a short one, the trees turn to blocky blobs.

A friend of mine said this could have to do with the LOD’s, but i would have NO clue how to fix this.

I understand the LOD’s can be edited inside the Mesh Editor, yet i have no clue how to fix it what so ever.

Any any and all help will be appreciated!

(Could it be a cull distance issue perhaps?.. i am new to this specific issue.)
