Keyframe for Animations in Sequencer

Is it currently possible to have keyframes for animations? For example, I’d like to zoom in on a skeletal mesh, and then have the animation play once I reach a specific point? Right now, I can’t see any options to apply keyframes for the Animation Offset or to play/stop animations. I’ve tried looking everywhere else but I can’t seem to find a definitive answer so I thought I would ask here!
