I have had problems with disappearing materials. The system doesn’t crash and I don’t get any warnings. All of a sudden a handful of materials disappear. I re-start the computer and the saved set comes back but without these materials. Any ideas?
I may need you to elaborate on a few things. I assume that when you say the materials disappear you mean that meshes with this material aren’t visible in the scene. Would you mind providing a screenshot of the material graph of one of the materials in question (the simplest one would be preferred).
Also, could you also provide your DxDiag. To do this open your windows command prompt and enter dxdiag.
When the window appears save all information and attach the generated file in this post.
