Why does static mesh look better when I zoom in?

Hello Epic Community, I want to make an archviz video in white. My problem is when the camera is zoomed out, the static mesh shows black splotches (like the couch in the corner), but when the camera zooms in on the static mesh, the black splotches disappear. Is there any way to control this problem and avoid the distortion? My pc specifications are: Intel i7 5820k, GTX 1080, 32 Gb ram

From the information given, it is highly likely that there is not enough space between your lightmap unwraps. Thus, whenever the mip mapping kicks in, it will show these artifacts.
I can only guess that maybe the mesh itself is not really clean. But you should at least make sure that there is enough space between the UV shells/islands for each object. Did you use the auto uv generation?
There could also be a dirty solution in that you check “World Settings → Lightmaps”. There is a list of all the baked lightmaps. You could open them up one by one and set the Mip Gen Settings to “NoMipMaps” but I think this wont help in the long run as the overall image quality will decrease because of pixel artifacts and flickering.
Can you show a screenshot of one of the meshes second uv channel unwraps?

Thank you for your response LeFxGuy. It help me to check my uvs. The problem was my UV lightmap. I did not unwrap it right. I have to check all my uvs lightmaps.
