Hey guys, is there any way to make a glow material with emissive proporties(or similiar) that kinda glitters similiar to snowflakes glittering in the sun?
I want to use it on two sided foliage as well. Any ideas?

You need to use time in some way. A panner connected to a texture for an emissive might work.
Here is a not very good way of doing it..... I added time to animate a noise node. You'll need to look through the noise settings. Then I multiplied it by a mask of where I wanted it to appear, which is probably unnecessary if your material is already masked. Hopefully someone else has a more performance considerate method.
