Blueprint Structures in Array issues

Hello there, I’m having problems with Blueprint Structures created from the editor and then used by blueprints.

I have arrays of this structures and everything looks and works well, but the problem is when I restart the editor: nodes in blueprints get disconected (I have to plug them again every time). See images below.

And also I’m not being able to cook the project: it gets the errors from below, related with those arrays of structures (even when the game works fine in the editor).

Any thoughts?
