Yes, just create a flipbook texture, import it to unreal, create a material for it, drag from texture sample a node to configure the flipbook, set the values for how many rows and columns the flipbook texture has. Then set the material to User Interface type and in the Widget image you put the material there.
Ok,i figured out how to create the material,but now the problem is when i add it to an image,on viewport preview its working but on mobile preview and android its not showing nothing.
