Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

[Fatal error] UE 4.15.1 Crash while emiting event with socket.io

Hello guys!

I have a big problem, I am using SocketIO plugin in my project and when I try to Emit the message my editor is crashing horribly with popup window saying "Fatal error". Here are some logs from crash, can anyone help me solve this issue?

This bug was addressed in the plugin here: https://github.com/getnamo/socketio-client-ue4/issues/36 and current releases of the plugin should not have this issue.

For future socket.io problems I recommend checking you have the latest version found here: https://github.com/getnamo/socketio-client-ue4/releases

If that doesn't solve it, the best place to post questions for the plugin is at the github repo: https://github.com/getnamo/socketio-client-ue4/issues which allows me to track them better.
