UE4 Ragdoll Physics

Okay, So I have replicated ragdoll physics for my project, but when ever I got to either A shoot the character he fly’s out of the map at super speed xD then B when i go to where he was before he entered the simulate physics state the capsule component is still active, any tips on how I can remove this because every time I go about removing the capsule component it throws up and error and the character snaps the the center of the map (0,0,0) and goes into T-Pose :confused:
