Static lights in blueprint need to be rebuilt upon level switch and after editor restart

Like stated above, some lights inside of blueprints need to be rebuilt after editor restart or a level switch.

Each time, the lights that need to be built are slightly different. It’s usually the one on the left, and one somewhere near the center. occasionally the lights are overlapping.

The blueprints containing lights have no event graph, nor do they have a construction script, so they aren’t being changed on construct/begin play.

Any insights would be appreciated!
