If I make a new project I don’t get this problem.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your post. I just wanted to confirm that you are generating Visual Studio project files by right-clicking on the .uproject file. Would it be possible to get a copy of the project that is giving you trouble so I can take a look at it and see if I can find out what is going on?
