Does skeletal mesh collide with or hit other actors when playing animation

I set up a track to play an animation in matinee.I found the skeletal mesh who’s playing the animation didn’t collide with other actors.I even checked all the bolck checkbox on the skeletal mesh and a test cube,set them to “Collision Enabled”,but the skeletal mesh still just overlaped with the cube.

So can a skeletal mesh collide or hit other actors when playing a animation? If they can’t , how about actors attached to those skeletal meshes ?
