So, for some reason, lately skylights have not been working in Stationary mode, and now ONLY work in Moveable. (This applies to Static as well) and, for some reason, it happened out of the blue. And i have no clue why.
There is really no image to provide. Just imagine having as skylight, lighting being built, and at any intensity, the skylight does not work. UNLESS it is on Moveable.
