When I install visual studio, I have a "Unreal engine" option, what does this mean?

I could’t find anything to do with unreal engine on my computer after installing visual studio with this option selected.

Sorry for the delayed response to your post. Are you referring to the Unreal Engine Installer option when installing Visual Studio 2017?

Selecting this option should install the Epic Games Launcher, which will allow you to download and install the Unreal Engine.
