Problem of static mesh concerning reflecting of light

Hello folks. I have a problem on lighting. It cannot be reflected from a surface. Let me explain what my problem is via a sceenshot:

There are static point lights on the ceiling and you can see the black wall on front. That black wall is the part of the other two yellow wall. Basicly they are one static mesh on which a yellow material is applied. So why the two wall ‘parts’ seem OK but the wall on the front. It seems like there is no light reflecting from its surface. Is it a lightmap issue?

Note: Lights are indicated by bulb icons on the ceiling. These are the lights I am talking about.
