Project crashes on startup, can it be recovered?

I saved the project and restarted the engine. Upon trying to reopen the project, it will crash at 93%. I’m unsure how to access the crash reports for details. It didn’t crash before this. Usually when something like this happens it’s because it has crashed whilst you’re doing something, but I simply saved and reopened the project. Any idea how I can go about resolving this?
