Make a Physics destructible immovable

I’m having trouble with my destructible brick wall where I apply force (hit it with a sword) to break peaces of, but the whole wall moves. Here is a video to show the problem: - YouTube

How can I make it so I can keep physics enabled for both the destructible and the sword, and also make the destructible immovable (at least the bottom part of the destructible.)?
