I’ve noticed that IDs issues may occur after using “merge actors” function. The object’s elements are not all memorized.
Workflow :
- select many multi-material objects
- right clic - merge objects - validate
- see that IDs differ from original meshes
EDIT : after checking the merged mesh in 3dsmax (exported in fbx format), the IDs are correct. However in UE the ID don’t correspond, even if I reimport the mesh.
