Ribbon Emitter all jittery when Render Axis = Camera Up

Hello, I am trying to make a very basic ribbon particle that follows an engine.

It mostly works except it randomly jitters off to the side for no reason… only when Render Axis = Camera Up. If I change it to Source Up or World Up… it doesn’t do this jitter to the side, but then it’s not facing the camera (even if I set it too in the required section). It only looks right when viewed from certain angles. I need Camera Up render axis but without this jitter to the sides.

Forgot to include, I have nothing that affects velocity, rotation, direction, or anything like that. It’s just spawning.
