Vehicle setup problems

I followed this to a T

Vehicles: Overview & Car Setup | 01 | v4.2 Tutorial Series | Unreal Engine - YouTube physics

and this

up to adding the Data Asset I could not change it as it was grayed out
and could not fined or change Tire Type.

No matter what I try I just can not get it working

If I set up physics just a box and vehicle body and sphere for the wheels it turns into a missile
Every time I set it to kinematic the Vehicle will float.
I got the bones set up to X is forward and Z is up
I tried all the constraints in the physics asset snap looks like it is doing the best but the wheels fall off.

I been at this for day so any help is more than welcomed.
Is blender even compatible to do this?

I am encountering the similar problem. I only know that you can turn on the Constraint in ur physics asset panel and then click on the bone of ur wheel. set swing 1, 2 motion to locked to at least resolve the problem of the wheels rolling around like a ball lmao.

just noticed one thing also. the box should not overlap ur wheels. if you scale ur box to be within the wheels, maybe it can stop it from floating.

P.S. Mine threw up into the air infinitely before.

Yeah that was the only way I could stop the wheels rolling around but some how when I try to get the vehicle to move it would not move even when the bp was set up like it shows in Vehicles User Guide.
The UE4 Sedan are overlapping the wheels I dont think it is anything to do with that and I did see some were that adding box beyond the wheels a bit will stop the vehicle getting stuck on things.

what software was your vehicle rigged with?

it is an asset from a game, they ran it in UDK.

It could be possible that you did not update the location and the rotation of the wheels in blender. Just because your wheel visually seems to be facing in the right direction does not mean that you set it up properly so that it does so.

I assure you that blender is more than ideal when it comes to making assets.

I applied the location, rotation and scale with no luck

you might wanna try this

If it was Maya, i would show you some potencial fix, but im not sure, that Blender has the same issue as well, anyway, you can look at it:
