Sequence not playing on Event Begin Play
I have a sequence with a cine camera that plays fine in the cinematic view port, but when I try to export the sequence, it would only export from the first person view/free camera, not from the cine camera. I have Auto Play enabled in the sequence's details, as well as the blueprints setup like the image below which should enable the sequence to play on Event Play. However, upon Event Play, the first person view/free camera will play, and not the sequencer.
This is especially strange because I have had previous success with this same setup with another project.
Is there anything I could be doing wrong? Anything that I could have missed? Other question posts suggest that the blueprint setup should work, especially if the auto play setting in the sequence is not working.
I am also using alembic geometry cache actors, but the previous success with the sequencer export also used these same actors, so I assume this is not causing the problem.
I would appreciate any suggestions, ideas, or solutions to this asap, as my deadline is coming up very soon!

Either of the methods should work.
Are you saying that this doesn't play when you PIE? Or when you do a movie recording? Or both?
Have you tried sticking in a simple animation - cube and 2 keyframes and see if that moves ok?
