Packaging Error: Unknown Error (HELP)

Please help me, i have tried everything and it doesn’t make any sense, this is the only error it gives me, i don’t even have warnings! (I do have debug files as well as well as Visual Studio 2017 with c++) And i have packaged this project in the past… Here is the log:

UPDATE** That f*ing substance plugin I swear to God its the most annoying useless **** ever, that caused the issue, if it won’t go away, right click on the .uproject file and edit it with notepad or notepad++ and change its use to a plugin to false. In my case it was substance…
