Why is my texture wrapping/tiling in my material?

If you look in the top right and bottom left corner of the preview, my texture is wrapping/tiling around the edges. Why is it doing this and how can I fix it? I didn’t apply any scaling or tiling to it. When I use the material in my hud it shows up too so its not just the preview image.
Edit: I tagged this under bug report because I don’t think this should be happenning. The only way I was able to kinda fix this was by editing the texture in a external program and increasing the size leaving a empty one pixel border around the image. It was a quick fix but, it messes up my percentage values by 2 pixels. If anyone know what i’m doing wrong or knows how to fix this please let me know. Thanks.
