Why reflection capture is ignoring objects ?

I am getting literally MAD about this.

Sphere reflection capture ignores only certain objects on the scene as you see here, no chair reflection no table reflection, but all the rest, yes.

I tried Lowering/raising roughness of ignored objects, same.

I even replaced the captured scene source with cubemap captured on the same place with a cubemap scene capture. Still the same. And I was like: seriously ???

I browsed the answerhub database for something similar but didn’t find nothing like this.
what is wrong I don’t really know, and I am literally getting mad about this, please, help.
