I am trying to develop for android so I followed this page to install the files needed but each time I try to package my project UE4 gives me this error:
Missing required files to package this platform
I have checked the environment variables and they seem correct to me and have had this error on two different computers; my personal home computer and the computer at my college.

Can you please provide the log files from your packaging attempt? Also, please take a screenshot of your settings in the editor under Project Settings > Platform > Android SDK.
