Web Browser widget viewport size incorrect
Update: I can confirm this is fixed in 4.16 as per https://issues.unrealengine.com/issue/UE-37710

In this tutorial by Tesla Dev you can see that the Unreal Engine website fits within the browser viewport: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k3hlRvGXi68
However when I set the browser widget to be 1440x900 it cuts off the right side of the page, which I'm guessing is caused by the browser thinking its viewport is larger, see this screenshot:

This does seem to be related to the issue linked below:
Let me know if you end up running into the issue in 4.16 for some reason and we can reopen the thread to investigate.
