[BUG] Particles Sphere radius doesn't not scale with the system

Way to produce this bug:

  1. Create new Particle Emmiter
  2. Add module Sphere and set it range
  3. Create new Blueprint and place our Emmiter there
  4. Place Blueprint on level twice and change scale of second one
  5. Play in Editor and notice, that Sphere range is the same no matter of scale

It also applied to a cyllinder

this has been a known “issue” since 4.0 (and even udk if im correct) and also involved cylindrical and basically any other module that affects location.

probably wont be changed, but lets hope niagara does have this option.
