UE4 ,how different skeleton mesh use one animation.but the animations play different,depend on the skeleton which is using

The key question is how to puts different plays on one animation,such as it can play Fpp (First Person Perspective) animation when using Fpp skeleton mesh, and paly Tpp animation When using Tpp(Third Person Perspective) skeleton mesh.The amazing is that they using one animation.How it come true?
