Here is the video I recorded in my screen: - YouTube

Please anyone help me, I have a deadline coming really close soon and I do not want to failed.

Thanks,

Sorry for my poor English.
This Problem seems only happen in 4.13.
I met this problem with Win10 Creator update,4.14 and 4.15 have no same issue. Maybe you should upgrade your Engine.
By the way,The tab isn’t unclickable,It’s Just Not Show when you click It.If You Click the tab and move your cursor down you can see the tooltip of the menu item and If you click you can still get the item works.

Best Solution

I found out how to fix my problem. It turns out that the new update of Windows 10 was causing the issue. If anyone has the same issue as me then read this.

For some reason, Windows 10 newest update decides to make problems with Unreal Engine 4.13. This problem makes you not allow to interact with the tabs or tools that Unreal Engine 4 has. Here are two ways you can fix this:

  1. Go back to the previous version of Windows 10 if you have the new update installed to your Computer. This will then allow you interact with the tools. However, JackTM thinks that it could affect only UE4.13.

  2. From what JackTM suggested, try upgrading your Engine to version 4.14 or 4.15. I have not tried this solution myself, but you are welcome to give a shot with it.

That’s all you need to know if anyone has encounter this issue like me.

Hello Jack,

I had fix my issue by going back to the previous built of Windows 10 and I am able to interact with Unreal Engine 4 again.

I did not wanted to try your upgrading solution because in my course, we only have Unreal Engine 4.13, in which the problem with Unreal Engine servers is that it makes it not possible for the IT Manager to upgrade all at once. It only allows him to upgrade the Engine one by one I am afraid.

I am planning to upgrade the Engine in the future, but when 4.16 comes out since I cannot wait to try out the new features it has to offer.

Although, I had mention you about your solution for others to try out and see if that will work for them.

Thanks for the help.
