Duplicating Scene Components adds them as child rather than the parent

I found an unexpected result whilst duplicating items within a blueprint scene.

This did not happen in 4.14 and was introduced in 4.15 (I believe)

It also happens when using the shortcut key - CTRL + W

This is annoying when duplicating actors and components as it’s relative location gets messed up.

Thank you for the report. This is a known issue that was logged as JIRA UE-42086. It was fixed in 4.16 and is already present in the 4.16 Preview 2 build.
