How to make it so you walk through a trigger box and it displays text in the middle of the screen

i am trying to make it so that when the player walks into a trigger box a message will show up on the screen. has anyone ever done this or if they know of a video tutorial please post the link to the video tutorial in the comments below. thank for your help.

Also, if you want to change the position use the draw text X Y positions
