Character falls through the floor 2D of collision

When did the animation of the character and started the game, the character falls through the floor. I really don’t know what is wrong. I have collisions in tiles. If anyone knows how to fix it please tell me.

Try to scale the collision capsule in Y axis

Perhaps a stupid question, but is your character movement contrained to a plane? This looks like the character slips off in front of the tile.

Is the character/spawn point correctly aligned?
