Graphic settings inside combobox doesnt save the selected option but only default

Hi.

I have a graphics option menu with options like: Textures, Shadows, Effects, Aa, Pp and Foliage. Every single one has a combobox with the options: Low, Medium, High and Ultra. I have made it so once i select for example Textures Low and press the apply button it applies the console command to set the game to texture quality 0 here are some Screenshots:

And my Convert to num quality string is default set to ultra so when i start the game it starts in ultra quality mode for all settings.
My problem is: when i select for exemple Textures Low and press apply the colsole command runs so the Texture quality is set to 0 and that all works with no problem but once i reopen my graphics menu everything displays: Ultra(the default setting) while the low setting is stil running:

so the question is: how do i make it so when i REopen my options after i applied for example a low setting to make it apear that it is set at low setting in that combobox. because when ever i reopen the settings menu it sets the combobox back to the default setting (ultra) while the console command texture low is stil running how can i fix this? (btw i have this problem with every Quality option shown in my graphics menu
