Project won't open "no program associated"

I made a project (fps if that’s part of the problem) and it will not open. When I first created it, it closeD Unreal. Unreal Engine won’t launch and the project keeps saying “this file does not have a program associated with it for performING this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel.”

Any help?

In engine folder find file like “version selector” and run it. It should create files associations.
