Where can I download the Maya Animation Rigging Toolset?

yeh, thats the updated tools right ? under the link it says THIS IS NOT THE COMPLETE ART TOOLSET
anyone have a link to the full tool install ? it wasnt in my unreal engine folder either…
and so, theres no way to install the tools…

I clicked download and all I got was a Notepad filled code…I’m sorry but that’s not the download.
